Phototherapy

Phototherapy is a type of treatment that involves using light rays that have anti-inflammatory effects to treat certain skin conditions.

This service is covered by the Régie de l’Assurance Maladie du Québec (RAMQ)

We have whole-body narrow band UVB (NB-UVB) cabins, as well as hand and foot units.

Here is a list of some of the skin conditions that may be treated with phototherapy:

eczema, psoriasis, vitiligo, lichen planus, prurigo nodularis, itching, polymorphic light eruption (sun allergies), cutaneous lymphoma.
